The seventy-four acre Estrella Vista Commerce Center is currently being developed; much of the infrastructure work has been completed and the half-million square-foot Living Spaces Furniture showroom and distribution center is nearing completion. The center will include five additional industrial buildings as well as six retail tenants along 67th Avenue.
