Pasternack, AIA + Associates, pc, this development for Living Spaces Furniture includes a 125,00 square-foot showroom and 375,000 square-foot distribution center located on the Southeast corner of 67th Avenue and the I-10 Freeway in Phoenix as part of the Estrella Vista Commerce Center. The clean contemporary concrete tilt panel architecture is part of the major infrastructure for the California based company which is now making an appearance in Arizona.
