Located next to the Walgreens Drug on the northwest corner of 99th Avenue and Beardsley in Peoria, this 17,000 square-foot center features a Chase Bank location and retail shops that are suited for neighborhood businesses such as restaurants, salons, and other service businesses. The broad overhangs and arcades provide shading for the building which has been designed in a contemporary Southwestern style.
